President

Active in the real estate industry since 1980, Nick has navigated his way through a few booms and busts along the way. His extensive experience is evidenced in his land and investment property brokerage and tenant representation, recently negotiating a 330,000 square foot corporate headquarters. Nick is also actively involved in the acquisition, development, and administration of privately held investment portfolios both for himself and his partners. Nick is a member of and has served in leadership positions for the Real Estate Council, Urban Land Institute, SABOR, The San Antonio Chamber of Commerce and numerous charitable and civic organizations. Nick is a graduate of Southern Methodist University.

Vice President

Luke oversees project leasing and third-party brokerage. He began his career in Dallas before moving to San Antonio in 2014. Luke has experience acting as tenant and landlord representative as well as being an active principal in development and investment properties. He is actively involved in the Real Estate Council of San Antonio and a recent graduate of their Leadership Development Program. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute and the San Antonio Board of Realtors. Luke is a graduate of Texas Christian University.

Accounting Manager

Kim has been a member of the Campbell Commercial team for over 5 years. She is responsible for the financial and data management of the company. With 18 years in the banking industry, 6 years as a bank manager, followed by five years in property management overseeing a 75-property portfolio, Kim brings tremendous systems and people skills to the team.

Tenant Relations and Facilities Administrator

Sandy has been a member of the Campbell Commercial team for over 20 years. She is responsible for tenant relations and the oversight of our property inventory. With a background in the legal field, Sandy brings efficiency to tenant and vendor relations while maintaining warmth and charm.

Director of Facility Maintenance

Bryan is the newest member of the Campbell Commercial team. He is a licensed HVAC contractor with over 30 years’ experience in facility maintenance. Prior to joining Campbell Commercial, Bryan oversaw the maintenance of multi-building facilities for a locally based, regional hospital group.
