Nick has more than 40 years of real estate brokerage and investment experience. He has been involved in real estate transactions representing both corporate and privately held entities, satisfying needs ranging from the development of corporate headquarters to build-to-suit solutions to advising and managing real estate portfolios for high net worth clients.

Vice President

Luke is responsible for all brokerage operations. Luke has significant experience in both tenant and landlord representation as well as sales of both unimproved and income producing properties. Luke has assisted clients in issues ranging from market and lease analysis to tax free exchange assistance.

Luke is a graduate of Texas Christian University.

Accounting Manager

Missy is responsible for all accounting functions related to owners, tenants, vendors and staff. Additional duties include budgeting, assistance with tax and insurance matters, collections and financial reporting.

Property Manager

With over 25 years’ experience in property management Sandy is responsible for maintaining tenant and vendor relationships. Additional duties include managing subcontractors, lease preparation and review and triple net reconciliation.
